The Challenge

This company used an industry specific software to book its clients appointments, keep the client's data and appointment history, as well as invoicing them. The software works well for these key functions, however, lacks a reporting tool to better understand the operations and business performance.

The Solution

Using PowerBI, we transformed the exported XLS file from the specific software, programmed all the measures, and created an easy dashboard to show all the key metrics of the business.

The Result

With the new dashboard the company was able to better understand and manage its business. The following questions were suddenly easy to look at and find the answers:

- Who are the top 10 clients?
- What is the age group from the clients?
- How many days it takes on average between consultations?
- What is the average revenue per client per year or lifetime?
- How far away do clients live from our business?
