Financial Planning
This client required a consolidated financial model to assess the financial viability of creating a holding company consisting of multiple diverse operating businesses. To present the figures in graphical an interactive way to potential investors, we connected the financial model to PowerBI.
Management Dashboard
The industry specific software of this client worked well to manage its specific tasks; however, its reporting capabilities were inadequate. Using PowerBI, we uploaded and transformed the data from this specific software to create different dashboards showing the development of key business metrics.
